ACT Psychological Flexibility Measure
To find your score add up your numbers from all 6 questions to find a total flexibility score. This can be used to compare with future scores to track psychological flexibility changes over time.
Acceptance and Action Questionnaire - 2 (AAQ-2)
The most widely used measure of psychological flexibility. This survey can be used weekly track how individuals are applying flexibility skills to their daily lives and is often used to measure progress in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
